MARK JANES, 35, of Northfield Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Oxford on October 3 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

SAMANTHA HALLIDAY, 32, of Eastwood Park, Falfield, pleaded guilty to drug driving in October 10 last year in Banbury as well as driving with a fraudulently altered registration mark and driving without third party insurance. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months and fined £200. There were no other orders for costs.

CHARLIE JACO, 20, of Flux Drive, Deddington, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Banbury on October 27 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

VICTOR SEALEY, 64, of Malborough Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a restraining order on April 6 this year by contacting a woman in Oxford he was prohibited from contacting due to a restraining order imposed at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on March 15 this year. He was jailed for 22 weeks. There were court costs of £85.

NIGEL CURTIS, 36, of no fixed abode, was found guilty to one count of assault of a man in Bicester on June 9 last year. He was given a community order to complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity days. There were court costs of £300 and a victim surcharge of £114.

DAVID WILLIAMS, 40, of Wyresdale Crescent, Greenford, London, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on September 3 last year as well as one count of driving without a licence and driving without third party insurance. He was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £150. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60.

KEVIN JONES, 44, of Hedgehog Lane, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Witney on March 29 this year with 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £500. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.

SAM GUMBLEY, 31, of Wergs Hall, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on May 22 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £576. There were court costs of £310 and a victim surcharge of £230.
